1. You don't ride minis. Somebody buy the kid a cart. That donkey would be so cute hitched up to a nice little cart, wouldn't it.
2. Not only is the tack too large, it's also horse tack. Donkeys and horses are not the same shape. The bridle would never fit him even if the kid was competent - the strap proportions are wrong. No wonder the little guy doesn't want it on him.
I'm honestly amazed the little guy didn't kick him. Donkeys can kick in all directions, too...
A lot of this is kid-level stupidity, because they're kids. I don't think these kids are trying to be mean to the poor little donkey- they just don't know what the hell they're doing. That doesn't excuse it, but I bet if these kids had a good lead to follow, they'd do it.
I agree. He doesn't look like a bad kid, he thinks he's doing it right and needs a good role model and some proper instruction. Who knows, he's obviously got the drive, if he was property taught this kid could be training ponies.
