Just an FYI the "ropes for reins" are called Mecate reins. Very old school cowboy adopted by NH types as well. When you tied the Mecate on a rope halter it acts similarly to a Bosal.

I was looking through some old pictures of my 9 year old learning to jump self, and I saw one IDENTICAL to the last photo.

Only I was wearing shoes. lol.

Maybe she's just new? Beginners suck a lot lol
