I'm still here! I never did wind up getting my donkey, because right when I went to go put the deposit/gelding money down for the jack I'd picked out, I started having problems in my marriage and then I had to sink all my money into moving - now I'm getting a divorce. I'm hoping to go back to taking lessons in the spring after I lose some weight and finances have settled down.

I guess it's better than getting him and then having everything explode on you, but it still sucks. Hopefully this Spring leads to a better state for you physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially!

Are you looking at driving or riding lessons?

I'm here too! Enjoying the hell out of my horses lately. I had a week off over Thanksgiving and spent LOTS of time with the ponies. In fact I have a whole video of the vacation of some of the best pictures. Maybe I should post it on here. Hopefully people would be interested and not bored.
