Okay so I took a lot.
Question, you use Photoshop right?
How did you get the little light effect in like..64&65, the little pink light...bubbles?

You know what I mean, how'd ya do daT?

you make a new layer.
pick red or desired color, make a circle and then gaussian blur it to about 5.2 pixels.

screen it.
