I don't know. When I read this I was strangely disappointed by the time I finished the last page. It seemed to lack substance was the thing. Art was good (Jill Thompson is always good) but there were weaknesses in story execution I guess.
I've only read it once and for me that's always been a sign of 'B' effort.
