When making a stirfry, use very hot heat, and only stirfry for a few minutes so that the veggies remain crispy. This has been a public service announcement from Jeremy.

PS. You buy stirfry veggies four weeks in advance? Don't they get mushy by the end?

Usually, we get the stirfry veggies and meat the day of (or the day before). Veggies, fruit, yogurt and milk are the only things that I buy every week; everything else lasts for several weeks.

Stirfry? Haven't you had enough at SPUC?!

You guys should consider coming up here one time with your stirfry stuff; Jasmine left me a giant wok (in her attempt to convert me to Chineseness, probably) to use for the summer! :D
