THIS IS AMAZING.
Haa.. this really got me just because me and a bunch of friends have a whole Batman casting thing going on (we have too much time on our hands ahahaa..) known as "The Goddamn Batman Allegory"

Yay, you finished it!

I wish they'd write more actual comics about Gotham citizens. For some reason I think it's really interesting to read about how the nonvillainous/nonheroic populace views Batman and his foes.

I thought the kids might encounter the real thing during their little game, but I was sort of relieved that no child endangerment got involved. lol It was a nice little snapshot of Gotham kids doing what kids do-- not take certain things as seriously as they should. (I hope Rachel doesn't grow up crazy.)

Critique-wise, you say Bat-Brian "recovers his stature," but I'm not sure what you mean by that, since stature means height or like a social position, afaik. Also, some of the parenthetical interruptions come in an awkward places and messes with the flow.

On another note, I was amused that there's a kind of Joker/Scarecrow here. ;)
