I'm going to try and have family over at one house most weekends, depending on who has toddlers and who can bring as much family as possible. :3 I want them to stay close as one huge mix of the two founding families.
I don't really know what to use for a naming theme. I could use tv shows/book series, but I kind of want a theme that is not based on this reality exclusively... which is also why I could use cities but I don't really want to. I'd like a theme that appears in their reality too, like flowers for the Confettis. Make sense? 8| I may just be overthinking this.
I feel a little guilty for suggesting all of these CC to you after your great clean-out. Only a little. I can't be the only person in the world with terrible load times.

Lol, my folder is a hair over 4GB, so I figure as long as I stay around there, it'll be fine. It only takes a few minutes to load, it's not that bad really. When I cleaned out, I took out a lot of custom meshes and now I try to stick with recolours of stuff I already have. It might be my imagination, but I think the load time is a lot better, even though the actual size of the folder hasn't deflated that much (though I suppose .5 of a GB is still fairly big).
Minerals/gemstones would be awesome. :O I might end up using that! I CAN CALL SOMEONE FELDSPAR, LOL.
I'm really hungry right now so I would suggest a food-related theme. LOL. STEAK BRUTY.
Great pics! I quite like the cuddling one too. I can't stand having one of those game thingies on a lot because all the visiting Sims get obsessed with it. I guess the same way they do with pianos and computers though, huh.
And while we have to wait a while to see the first baby/babies, it's fun seeing pregnant Sims wandering around town for some reason. I love stopping play with a Sim pregnant - ideally past the pukey stage. Hee. You'll just have to play quickly now to get back to this house, won't you!

Lol, I only had the game thinger as long as the family was over. I sold it as soon as Luke, Amelia and Rose left with the kids. XD I just didn't want them to get bored and leave prematurely.
Alas, poor Harlequin will have to waddle around the neighbourhood for some time yet. XD Then again, she is going to be doing a lot of it so maybe this is like, the game conditioning me to be patient. 8|

Hmm... naming theme. Maybe you could name after a favorite sci-fi tv show or book series?
