That was an exciting start! Only $1000 to start of with, ouchh.

They've done well for themselves though, especially having an actual roof over their heads.

Yeah, after moving in she literally had $0. :C Digging for treasure is surprisingly beneficial, though. They still don't have a lot of money, but it's definitely the best way to raise funds quickly.

I hope the house turns out okay, lol. It's been a long time since I've tried to use that sized lot for a resident. :3

Those are the hardest lot sizes to build on (building up gets laggy ololol) you tend to - lose - sims. ;D

It'll sad not seeing your updates popping up in my f-list, see you on the 25th!

This is a great challenge you've set yourself. Liz got a friend from the sky, which was definitely unexpected but sweet! She's lucky she's got someone to help her.

I think Jessica turned out be be quite cute, and I'm excited to see Aurora as a toddler.

See you back in Krow on the 25th. I'll keep an eye on Derelict Sims until then.

He's just as lucky, lol. They do well as friends, I just have to watch ACR.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Aurora. :3 I really don't want a Harlequin clone, so fingers crossed for that!

:D See you!

Wow! That had to be horribly difficult, but you definitely managed it well. I don't think you cheated by deleting the burst water pipe, the game has weird glitches all the time and I would have done the same thing. Jessica is really cute.

It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. :C It'll be fun to see them growing up and flourishing, though! :D

I can see why this family is a lot of fun to play! Probably showing my ignorance here but I didn't know you could create pregnant Sims, or have housemates fall from the sky! I guess the pregnant Sim could be from another household if you just choose to have her move out, and then get rid of her money somehow? I don't know all those cheats to get rid of money. Much easier to ADD money.

I wonder if you used the names Elizabeth and Jessica from Sweet Valley High? Probably not but it came to mind. I totally created their family in my game, though, hehe.

I will miss your updates and definitely WON'T be yelling at you if you break your rule, LOL

ETA: Oh and I was going to ask you if Aurora would count as a child if Liz and Andrew got married, but I guess that won't be an issue! I don't think the game counts stepchildren as children, though really it should.

I moved Elizabeth in and then got her pregnant through using inteeminator, which lets you make a sim pregnant with any other sim on the lot.

I moved Andrew in on Day 4 and then he was abducted. I introduced him with his return. :3 I used the familyfunds cheat to square their finances.

Lol, I read Sweet Valley High when I was a young teenager but I didn't pick the names based on any particular source. I never even thought of them until you mentioned it.

Ah. I've heard of familyfunds but don't know how to do it, is it a boolprop cheat or is it a hack? I'll do it if it's a boolprop thing, not if I have to download anything :)

I loved the series when I was a kid, and now I read the SVH snark community on here (check out 1bruce1 if you're ever bored, the recaps linked in the profile take ages to read through!).

It's a straight cheat, just like kaching or whathaveyou. If you poke around on Google you should be able to find everything you need to know. :)
