Thanks for this! It was awesome! (I must admit, I always thought straight!Ducky made more sense, but it was only one line, LOL.)

It was one of the most in character CD I've ever read, and it will totally be added to my rec list soon.

This is cute! ♥ For the first half I was all, "Waitaminute, didn't they actually kiss in canon, or did I dream that?!" because, yeah. Obviously, it's been awhile since I read these books, LOL.

But I love it! Very in-character for both Ducky and Sunny, I think. I like how he describes her as impulsive and grudge-holding and prideful ~ it's interesting to see his thoughts on their friendship and her as a person. And, I like that he was basically incredibly uncomfortable the whole time. That's definitely something I get from his character on impact, though I don't necessarily think it has much to do with his sexuality.

You should definitely reread the CDs! They've always been some of my favorites.

And thanks so much for the wonderful comment! ♥ I'm glad you were able to enjoy this, even without knowing much about the characters. I don't know if you remember or not since you haven't read the books in awhile, but Sunny and Ducky actually kissed in one of the CDs (although I don't know which book that was in off the top of my head), and it also failed pretty hard. lolll

What I love most about this (besides the fact that it features Ducky! ♥) is how true it is to the books. Sunny, being so wrapped-up in her own drama, that she doesn't always realize what is happening around her. Ducky being, well, Ducky; awkward and valuing his friendships. I love how although his sexuality is an integral part of the story, it isn't a big deal. It's just who he is, and he expects everyone else to understand that.

Also: “I talked to Dawn last night. And she sort of, well… explained things to me.”
Of course she did. Ducky could only imagine how that conversation went.
