Cass pulled up to the hotel, She had already bandaged Yan's hand. "I'll get the room, figure both of us need to get away, and I'm not going to let you stay alone... Gadget and Jack wouldn't want you hurting anyone."

"Fine," he said, still moody and sullen. He slid out of the car and slammed the door shut behind him.

And Cass gave a small cringe, since the whole car had shaken. "Yan, careful with the car please? American classic remember?" She lead the way into hotel.

"Right. Sorry," he apologized, but there was little emotion in his voice. He followed her inside a bit sulkily.

She smiled faintly. "It's okay."

The room she got was on the eighth floor, high enough to give them a view at least.

Walking to the elevator she sighed, visibly tired, stepping in she noted they were alone. "I'm sorry about Colt. He usually isn't this bad, but, even without a drop, my eyes go black... And, they did right before we were thrown by the ghosts into two different rooms." She looked down as she spoke.
