so i just read one of the happiest, most magical, most adorable books that i've read in a long time: "my most excellent year" by steve kluger. it's simple and probably a little predictable, but that's part of why it is so beautiful. i absolutely fell in love with every character and the insight i gained from each of their individual points of views
