After a bout of dizziness and nausea, I'm now wearing maternity support stockings. As the doctor explained it, when I eat or stand up my heart starts pumping harder to get the blood to circulate, but it's getting trapped in my lower extremities, causing me to feel sick and like passing out ( Read more... )

The babies will love it when you drink something sweet. They'll move around a lot more :o)

I wore a maternity belt while pregnant. It took some of the weight off my front side and moved it to my back.

It worked while I was 5-8 months pg.. after that the baby was too big and it didn't make a difference.

What is your weather like now?
Today is 46 and yesterday was 62 or so.

I had a big time dizzy spell at some point in the first half of my pregnancy. I started making sure to eat protein with each meal - the carbs were burning right through me, and I think it was blood sugar wonkiness causing the dizzy spells.

i passed out once while getting a pedicure after a big lunch. i mean literally hitting the floor passing out. i felt better quickly, and the nail salon lady was very nice, but i was too embarrassed to ever go back
