heeeeee, you're getting into marvel, and i've just started obsessing over dc comics! it started with young justice, the animated show and quickly moved over to the batman universe. i have an utter and total girlboner for the (older) robins. 8D trying to find your way through batman comics is fucking hell though. there are more of them than any other superhero. DX

i've no idea how to get into the frikkin fandom either. i follow a bunch of tumblr flows which fills me in on most stuff and presents tons of pretty pictures, but tumblr isn't really about communicating.

i read an article the other day about homosexuality in comics and of course it mentioned billy and teddy and i got so happy! they're adorable together (and wiccan's legs in those tights...uuunnnnghhhhhhhh)

I will move into dc probably as soon as I've managed to find and read everything about young avengers... From what I've heard about dc they probably fit me better than Marvel but fff- w/e I'm gonna read it all anyway xD

I know what you mean, I've tried to start Batman, but gotten tired before even learning where I should start. I can imagine why you like the robins tho, I've a huge crush on NightWing and I havn't even read anything with him in it >_>

nightwing yesssssss. it's awesome knowing dick moved on from his scaly little underpants and pixie boots and became something so incredibly kickass (although he was pretty kickass as robin too, the little acrobat. :3) and HOT

Isn't there like huge angsty history there with all the Robins? Something about Robin dying and then coming back only to see that he's been replaced and it's like, nnnnngh. IDK but I want to and I really have to start digging into this shit hole.

Not so well? I havn't had time with all the traveling and then catching up with school in between that.. I've saved Nanako but I havn't done anything after that ^^' But fuck, break next week, I just have two papers I need to write and then a camping trip, hopefully I'll be able to play some! It's a pain cuz the more I play the more I love it and don't want it to end D: It's a good thing the anime is coming <3

Yessss! Oh, this brings back memories for me...I first started really getting into comics reading Marvel. The guy I was with at one time had a huge collection, mostly of X-Men but a few other things, too...I have lovely memories of afternoons spent digging into his boxes of comics and reading to my heart's content. :DDDDD

I really haven't looked into the communities here (and I'm personally not familiar with Young Avengers, although I've read some East Coast and West Coast Avengers), but from what I can see, you may want to search by the character's name. The only Marvel comms I know of are actually X-Men comms...Logan/Kurt and Nightcrawler...mostly because I noticed them on a friend's watch list. Anyway, let me know if you find anything juicy, because I still have a special place in my heart for Marvel comics. <3

Yeah, these fucking avengers, there seems to be ton of them. Spiderman ha popped up in several chapters, as well has Wolverine so I get the feeling that now, all good superheroes that sign in belongs to the avengers.... These young ones are mostly called that cuz the originals doesn't really accept them and they have the same powers as older ones...LQL
