...[Random kid with blotches of paint here and there on his clothes and arms? Slightly more conspicuous. He doesn't see Ion yet, nor does he think anyone's anywhere remotely nearby, so he's letting himself stay happy with what he accomplished in the past few hours.]

[he tilts his head slightly, catching sight of movement out of the corner of his eye. glancing over in the direction, he offers a friendly enough smile]
