Song: Passing Through

Hi. I've come to you this year with another song inspired by Babylon 5. This one came out a little differently than the last two. Instead of writing about a character as I did in the past, this time my inspiration came from one of my favorite B5 episodes (which is also in my opinion one of the most underrated), "Passing Through Gethsemane." I

Thanks for posting this, and the link to your website. There's a lot to think about in the lyrics, and the melody is simple, but compelling.
I was talking to a friend yesterday, and she reminded me of something my son said when he was little. We were at an indoor playground, and commenting on kids being brave to go onto a swaying net. My son said, 'It's only brave if you know you can fall.'
The line you have about faith echoes and reinforces that concept, and the last lines strike home for me. Very good. Thanks again.

Oh wow, that was fantastic! I can't play guitar (I'm an oboist...) but my friend plays acoustic and writes her own music as well, so I'm used to hearing her sit and compose all the time. This was wonderful! The lyrics were especially poignant and extremely well-written and organized. I am new to this fandom, yes, but already am impressed by your talent :)

I love this song a lot. Passing Through Gethsemane is one of my favorite episodes, too, and I think you've captured the things about it that make it a great story and not just a great episode of a sci fi tv show.
