I hate my job I hate my job I hate my job! I was off yesterday and had the best day ever with my baby boy! I am a daycare provider working for 7.50-25 cents more than mim wage here, and yet they got my ass cleaning out staff bathroom?!?! I think not! I'm paid to watch children not scrub shit!!! I gotta find a new job

Do they expect just you to do this or is it atleast on a rotation with ALL the employees? I can understand if there is no sanitation crew that comes in and cleans and the staff has to clean up after themselves but if they expect only you to do this, then you need to put your foot down. And frankly, I image you're all grown as women working at this place, how hard is it for each person to clean up after themselves so there is no need for someone to go in and scrub the other person's crap?
