Capella

My cousin had a room at Capella in Sentosa for 2 nights so I went over to hang out and play with my little niece, Ashlyn. We didn't get up to much, just went to the beach for a bit and spent the rest of the time chilling out by the pool and the jacuzzi. Very nice and relaxing. I have to say though that while the room at Capella was very lovely,

Yeah the iPhone camera isn't that great but it's amazing how much nicer the photos look after processing with the app. So easy too!

Is Capella nice? I don't find the service there very nice and I haven't even stayed there. I wrote in to them asking if they could do a customised spa package for one person, one night, and the woman originally didn't read my email probably and gave me a standard reply to refer to the website for their regular packages. At least Sentosa Spa and Resort were much more accommodating.

The service was pretty good when we were there. Then again my cousin got the room for free this time round coz the previous time she stayed there they screwed up pretty bad and she kicked up a big fuss. So this time round I wouldn't be surprised if they made sure to provide good service so she wouldn't complain again. Still, I wouldn't say it's 6* service. It was good but I'd expect absolutely amazing service considering it's over $1000 a night after tax for the room that we were in.
