Do you ever have this problem, when your lying in bed you cant sleep because all your doing is thinking non-stop its like your brain won't switch off? And you ujst keeping having thoughts! Its been happening to me for the last week and im getting NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sleep!

I wish i could post pics so then i wouldnt have to have that picture of ashley olsen up there :( its just the only picture on my computer that fitted without me having to bother working on one !!!!
