How long has it been since I posted a Chlollie fic, huh? :-)

I didn't neglect y'all, really I didn't; I just had (and still have) a number of fic challenges to get through that have strict time guidelines. I have a brief reprieve, and I used it to pen some Chlollie goodness.

I absolutely love where this has been going. I find Chloe's view on all things Clark, her and Oliver's feelings, just perfect. It's nice to know they miss each other so much, even after a short amount of time spent apart, and how Chloe is going to fix their distance (not emotional distance, thank God) problem. Thanks so much for your lovely words, Patie! I'm acutally supposed to be working on my Big Bang fic, but this story - this whole series, actually - has been clawing its way out of me for months, and basically nags me until I give in and write it! :-)

Yes, she loved him, warts and all.

But she wasn’t in love with him.

^ loved that thought. I was great to see Chloe assess her feelings both past and present.
