a little something to wash it down?

I thought Charlotte was eating her cheerios.

Nope.  She was eating dry cat food, and then she came over and asked to nurse.  So if breastmilk is served with dry cat food, then what do you think she would like to have with the soggy pieces of her board book?

I swear, I do feed the child, honest I do.

breastfeeding, charlotte, solid food

I have a TON of hair and so I tend to shed a lot. Jeremiah finds every hair on the floor and eats it... and gets VERY angry when I find him eating it and take it away.

lol - that makes my throat all tickly just to think about eating hair! Kim used to always be after whatever had dried up and rolled under the fridge - peas, macaroni...

Eeeeeewwwwww... dust bunny snackage! Many times I've pulled on the inch of hair sticking out of his mouth and gotten a hair that is 16+ inches long... so nasty...

Hehehe! She is ADORABLE. Cat food breath and all, I imagine :)

I love that icon, how Charlotte is looking up at you/your Abby tattoo while nursing - so bittersweet. It's really a beautiful photograph.

I love it too. And considering I was taking the picture *myself* without looking through the viewfinder, it's pretty good! There were a lot of out outakes though ;-)

That's funny because London ate a little dog food today and Jessica said he stunk like dog food when she tried to get him to nurse.

gross. I'm glad I have no sense of smell. If I could have smelled cat food on Charlotte's breath....bleh.

Ahh, the things that little ones will eat. kennedy hasn't managed to find the dog food yet, but I have managed to rescue countless fuzz balls, a pencil eraser, hair, and parts of stickers which she gnawed off of an empty vitamin bottle out of her mouth. My husband said that she tried to eat a rock outside. I wonder what they are thinking when they go to do this?
