Halloween is over for another year and I'm happy about that! Julia and Kim both looked great in their costumes and it was fun to take them trick or treating, but I'm glad it's over. Now we get to fight about candy for a month before I get mad and throw it all in the garbage.

Julia dressed up as a very pink Sleeping Beauty, Kim was a very hip hippie, and I put on my scrubs and stethoscope and carried around one of Julia's dolls wrapped up in a blanket. We didn't go far but near the end of our tour, I was feeling lots of pulling and tugging in my lower tummy so we headed home. A very brisk walk to the stores and back and then trick or treating was just too much for me I guess.

I'm really surprised at how much my body is already changing. I was laying on my stomach on our bed last night, Jack was laying beside me and Kim was in our room chatting and tossing a balloon back and forth with Jack. As Jack was batting the balloon, the bed was shaking and it felt SO strange. It really felt like I had a water balloon in my belly. I asked them to please NOT shake the bed anymore!

I feel lots of pulling and tugging now, I guess as things are growing and shifting, I'm in the bathroom every 20-30 minutes, and I'm SOOOOO tired. I had to lay down and have a nap yesterday after supper so Jack teased me about needing to have a nap before heading to bed. Ha, ha.

Now today? No school for Kim, preschool for Julia this afternoon, hopefully some school work, a major grocery shop (warehouse sale!), and I may be able to go to the city and pick up my van. Tomorrow is our ultrasound in the city and I can't wait! I'm just dying to see how close I was to estimating my dates, and see a picture of our little shrimp :)
