It was an unusual way to spend our 'dating' anniversary, but at least we were together all day.

In no particular order:

* We finished moving stuff out of my office area.
* Jack painted the walls - two coats of "Naples Sunset" purple! 
* bought paint for my desk
* picked up a new modem
* disconnected my desktop computer - no more interwebz for him - his

I've been working 'casual' at our local hospital but now have a one year, part-time term position in health records. It will be nice to have a predictable schedule and regular paycheque! Pics coming, soon (I hope!)

We have an Ikea an hour or so away, I've drooled over the catalogs that come and the websites but never broke down and took the drive.

The more people talk about them, the more ads I see the more I think I need to go and bring a large trailer and the credit card with me. *evil grin*

Anytime I go to Edmonton or BC I make a point of stopping in Ikea. I can't ever get anything BIG though, because it has to travel home with me in the van or on a plane :-/ And yes, *someone else's* credit card and a trailer would be great to take to Ikea!
