I have an awful tendency to assume that everything in a city is in the ghetto.

Example: I need to walk to goodwill. It is about 8 blocks away, according to google maps. But I'm convinced it's in the ghetto.

Maybe that's just because I have to go past the bus terminal to get there.

How can there be ghettos in Rhode island? Do they even have black people in rhode island? Unless of course, the dreaded town of Innsmouth is still standing....I turst you wouldn't venture to such a cyclopean place.
