Recent developments have been...interesting. The college is working on adding a whole lot of focus on the gen ed classes (which, obviously, includes English), including developing a remedial program. As such, they need people to do that. They're looking for "lead faculty in" positions (in English, math, and so on), and I expressed interest in the

congratulatuions! I don't have any experience putting together remedial programs...but there are probably a lot of resources in the academic journals.
