Not much at all. I finished my first week of the second placement, which was less than exciting in a positive way. I've decided the landlord has a secret plan for the cut-down tree in our front yard: Apparently, his "friend" who's going to come by with a chainsaw and cut it up for firewood is secret code for "we're going to let it rot there

Seriously, about the log, it could make a solid barrier for people who want to re-enact Confederate troops hiding from our bullets as they fire on our Union home. And the landlord got his little toy landmover thingie (I forget the brand name) and pushed it up there, rather than leaving it in the middle of the yard? It looks like it could roll down and crash into the house, and the city's already come by to tell us they couldn't haul it away as a giant log.

this "stump" thing is making me laugh. i think you should adorn the stump with shiny objects. maybe wrap it in xmas lights & put something big & obnoxious on the top. make it into art! they can't whine a/b you decorating the stump if they won't get the friggin thing out of the yard. landlords are great huh?
