Awh its not that fancy really, just a small blue plastic folder with all the usual ww information plus handout/leaflets you get every week that you can fit in. I love it because its just the right size for my handbag plus its quite discreet (no weightwatcher labels allll over it). The plan itself is basically the points plan. They've done away with the core plan and try to amalgamate it into the points plan with emphasis on "filling" foods. In a nutshell :-)
