Best moisturizer ever..
When I went to Xinjiang, near the Russian border. I saw this moisturizer. Judging from the packaging n the Russian wording, obviously this is not something that I will consider buying in the market place. Threw away a kose lip stick and a rmk highlighter. I ve decided I need to de-cluster my stuffs too. And My new rule is as long as I ve used 3/4 of something, it's fine to throw it away.
