I'm glad too - it was a relief. (You are far too nice to me. I know I'm OK, but I'm not that good!) I will send it to you when I've finished this comment. ;) If I don't, poke me to do it.

It really is. It's apparently filled up with rust and gunk, and needs a new part. (The new part is not their excuse for not coming out. I'm not sure what their excuse is, really ...) We tried talking to the propery manager (which is pretty much the same thing) and she said to just keep calling the boiler people ourselves. I don't think it'll get replaced. *sigh* I hope they do! It's bloody cold!

I know, I'm looking forward to posting it. (I hope people actually vote ...)

He is. He really is. (I'm basically throwing abuse at him in the hopes that it'll made him cooperate - it's not really working, but it's a vent for my frustration with him. :P) I hope he leaves you alone to write tomorrow. *sends big hugs*

Your NaNo sounds fun! Good luck with it. As usual I'll be sitting it out, but I shall see everyone else posting and feel inspired as I chug along slowly in my Batfics. And chug so slowly in my original stuff that I may in fact be going backwards.

There's nothing wrong with chugging along slowly. :) That's how I normally approach stuff. *stares guiltily at a kinkmeme fic that is over a year old and still unfinished*

Both your NaNo and the piece of critiqued writing sound really, really cool - I'm still up to my armpits in extended Potterverse, to my amusment.
Heating packing in is annoying as heck. It's been pretty cold lately, too - I'm currently sleeping in the Living Room (loooooong story). I hope you can get it sorted!
Have you seen any SJA yet? The story with the eleventh doctor kicked off today *checks watch* sorry, tomorrow :)

Hello! :) I've been away from LJ for quite a while, haven't I? How are you?

Thanks! I'm looking forward to writing/enjoyed writing them. I have had literally no time for fic recently, which saddens me, but there's always holidays for that. ;)

Well, they came out and got it working for an hour ... but then it broke again. So, we have a 2-4 day wait now. Joy. Sleeping in the Living Room you say? That sounds interesting.

I haven't seen any SJA. I know, I'm a terribleawful fan who should be taken out at shot immediately ... I should probably check it out, I've heard good things.

:D You have been away :) I'm alright thanks - just been plotting and planning for my housemate's birthday, which was yesterday and went really well. Looking forward to NaNo! Aforementioned housemate is doing it for the first time this year, so she's really nervous and keeps glaring at me when I get all excited at how close it is *guilty giggle*.
No heating = no fun. Currently the heating in our house is turned down too low for three out of the five of us to be at all comfortable. Housemate arguments suck. Hence why I ended up moving to the Living Room - it's the warmest room in the house *shrug*. Hopefully we'll reach some kind of resolution soon, however comfy it is I miss my room!
Lol, you're not tooooo terribleawful :P I just finished watching the episode with Eleven in it today, both parts are on iPlayer. It's reasonably good, and there are a couple of moments in the second part that I really liked :)
Ah, my love/hate relationship with the weather in Yorkshire... :)
