They stood in silence for a moment, then the Doctor walked over to Rory and placed a hand on his shoulder. is so so in character. I can even imagine the Docotr's concerned face. It's a bit like the one in my icon. :3

Acutally, on my umpteenth reread this is all so in character and completeley plausible and I love you for it.

eleven/amy/rory are my favorite OT3 (I mean, heck, there could have been LOADS of travels between Amy's Choice and The Hungry Earth). And there isn't nearly enough Eleven/Rory in the world for my liking.

They do make a lovely threesome. (This is true. I don't know if you've seen the Doctor Who Confidential for The Hungry Earth, but it showed a deleted scene that more-than-implies that they've had months of adventures. :D) There does need to be more Eleven/Rory.

I'm convinced they were traveling together for longer because it's jsut too sad to think that Rory only spent THAT little amount of time on the TARDIS.

besides their camaraderie seemed to reflect that. Rory went from being wary of the Doctor to trusting him wholeheartedly.

.....which makes what happened in Cold Blood even sadder......*cries*
