I woke up this morning at 4am and it took me a while to get back to sleep. This would normally be a problem, since I teach a class at 8am, but it didn't bother me this time. After over three more hours of pounding away at my laptop today, I've managed to write a little more than half the word count I am supposed to have by this date. Sadly, this is exciting news. I'm sitting at 10,149 words, which is slightly more than I managed last year before I decided my story was an epic fail and never wrote another word on it. ( Read more... )
