Wow!!! This one was a stunner. What you captured so very effectively, IMHO, was how horror doesn't have to come from creepy-looking maniacs wielding machetes--what is even more horror-inducing is the everyday, the mundane, gone just a little further than normal--dolls, clowns, or in this case, plain old legalistic corporate stupidity. The ordinariness and plausibility is what gives it an extra fillip of fear.

Also, for such a short piece, I'm impressed by how clearly the characters are delineated, and how high the level of detail is. *applauds--while shivering*
