A/N: Merry Christmas shinwooed~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope you had a great day.

“You know, not all ballerino’s are gay” Shinwoo said, lying next to his, well he didn’t know what he was, but Jinyoung laughed a little and rolled over to face Shinwoo. “I mean you’re the perfect homosexual ballerino.” Shinwoo said pressing a harsh kiss to Jinyoung’s lips. Jinyoung pulled back, looked up at him and glared. Shinwoo laughed, and smiled at Jinyoung. “How long are you going to be sleeping with me? I know what you do.” Jinyoung looked at him. Jinyoung had a reputation and he knew that it would have gotten back to Shinwoo - one of the newest men to join the troop. Jinyoung was the best dancer as well as being somewhat prolific in the men he’d slept with.

“Let me guess,” Jinyoung said, moving a little, he was skinny but with it he was toned. “You want to tell me you’re not that into me, but you think that by having sex with me you’re more likely to get a solo in this troop?” Jinyoung laughed a little. “I know that baby,” he purred. “But I like sex.” Jinyoung pushed himself up and moved to get out of bed. Shinwoo watched him walk, Jinyoung had the perfect body lines to be a dancer and Shinwoo found his body alluring, loving ballet was loving the bodies. “Oh and Shinwoo, it doesn’t matter if you sleep with me or not, you’ll never make it out of the corps de ballet.” Jinyoung turned as he put on some underwear. “You’re too… hmm… wide. You’re perfect I mean in stature to hold the female dancers.” Jinyoung was not onto his clothes, he shrugged and then smiled. “Oh and I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with the girls, all bitches. And piss them off and you’re done in this troop.”

Shinwoo sighed a little, he’d been sleeping with Jinyoung pretty much since he’d joined the troop, and Jinyoung had never kicked him out of bed. Shinwoo knew that Jinyoung was the best dancer but at the time he hadn’t cared or really been aware of that. Shinwoo knew he was pretty much in love with Jinyoung but he’d heard whispers about the man, and how Jinyoung got his heart broken on the way up to the top. Shinwoo sighed as he got up and looked over at the clothes he brought for the day. “Yeah well your pas de chat looked bad yesterday.” Shinwoo said going to the breakfast bar and grabbing an apple. “And you need to eat more.”

“Look where eating more has you.” Jinyoung sighed as he grabbed his training bag. He moved over and pressed his lips to Shinwoo’s. “Also Baro called this morning, you need to stop letting me answer your phone or your boyfriend will get suspicious.”

“He’s an ex.” Shinwoo said quietly.

“You dated Baro, Cha Sunwoo.?” Jinyoung let out a slight laugh. “He’s a star in the jazz world, and you’re a ballet dancer.” Shinwoo just looked at him. “But ballet dancers do have much better hips.” Jinyoung said as he opened the door. “Street dancers, they do it best, they have the right muscle pattern in the hips.”

“Your ex, the one that fucked you up, was he a street dancer?” Shinwoo said, he was angry, he had had enough, he was hurt and he knew he was just acting on it. Jinyoung turned around and shrugged.

“If by fucked up you mean, so hard I couldn’t walk. Then you’d be right. Better than you, you’d be right. If you meant he ripped my heart from my chest and stood there watching it bleed out all the while laughing. Gong Chanshik did not do that.” Jinyoung said walking out the door and got in his car starting the engine. Shinwoo rolled his eyes, leaving Jinyoung’s apartment and getting the car, he knew he was right. He knew who ever Jinyoung had just mentioned (he made a mental note to google it later) was the person who’d broken his heart and made him cut himself off. Shinwoo travelled in silence, he just sat thinking about the boy, who’d broken Jinyoung. He wondered if Jinyoung was a street dancer before. Jinyoung pulled up at the practice studio. “I’m sorry I shouted back in my apartment.” Jinyoung said quietly. “I just lost it.”

“I get it, If you’d asked me about Baro, I’d have gotten angry.” Shinwoo said quietly. “He told me I’d never make it. He actually told me I was too tall and fat to be a dancer,” Shinwoo shrugged a little, “I loved ballet, but he always told me to give up on my dream.” Shinwoo looked over at Jinyoung and then leant over and gave him a kiss. “But Jinyoung, I am doing that now, I’m a ballerino in one of the best troops out there. And fuck I’m sleeping with the hottest ballerino in the troop. I don’t know if you want this to keep going, but I really like you. I’m falling for you, and I don’t care what he did, I don’t care how messed up you are. I don’t care that I’m always going to be in the Corps, because I’m a ballerino, a tall, fat ballerina, but I’m here.” Jinyoung kissed Shinwoo and then got out of the car without answering and Shinwoo followed shortly after.

It hadn’t taken long for Shinwoo to get back in the with the troop, to act as if nothing was going on, he watched as Jinyoung practiced his solo’s, the way his back curved, the way his legs elongated, the poise he had, and even the most basic move of a pilé was somehow even more beautiful when Jinyoung did it. Jinyoung fell in practice and suddenly everything stopped, he didn’t get up, he just lay there and Shinwoo knew he was in pain, he was trying to stop himself from crying. Shinwoo rushed over he didn’t care, he just ran, Jinyoung was lying still while they waited for the paramedics to arrive. Shinwoo travelled with him to the emergency room. Jinyoung didn’t speak, he just let them monitor him. When they let him go, ankle strapped up.

“I was a classically trained ballet dancer, I fell in love with a kid in my class, and to be around him I had to take up street dance, he knew it was hard for me, but he noticed me. I began mixing street and ballet, and honestly it looked good. But my ankles aren’t made to do it. And they became weak, and they do this every so often. He told me he couldn’t be with someone who wasn’t going anywhere, he kicked me off the troop because who wants a walking injury, and he told me to go back to what I do best and that was ballet. But he would never stay with me, because I would just bring him down.” Jinyoung said as Shinwoo helped him into a taxi. “I gained a permanent injury. So sometimes at ballet this happens. I’ll be fine, it hasn’t happened for a long time.” Shinwoo just looked at the man. “He called me this morning.” Jinyoung said quietly. “Then texted. I think I’m over him, maybe, now.”

Shinwoo watched Jinyoung carefully and smiled. “That’s good.” Jinyoung leaned over and pressed his lips to Shinwoo’s not caring that they were in a taxi, Jinyoung’s hand in the back of Shinwoo’s hair forcing him to kiss back, making a sound get caught in the back of his throat.

“Thanks to you.” Jinyoung said as they parted. “I can move on. With you.”
