They have great packages. I've taken my husband there for his birthday and we spent some of our honeymoon there. They have an awesome Roman bath and I believe they do have fireplace and jacuzzi rooms. I found their dining package to be the best deal.

If you can't find anything in the Berkshires...the Four Columns Inn in Vermont fits your bill exactly. It's a little on the pricy side (rooms 300-400/night, dining for 2 around $100 or so) but it has everything you wanted in your list and the restaurant is just fabulous. We go back just for the food but the rooms are pretty posh too.
