I'm assuming that's an antibiotic. It wont get rid of the sore throat after only two doses. Didn't the doctor tell you exactly what you have? If it's an infection it should clear after a couple of more doses. I know this cuz I've had soooooooooo many sore throats ever since Jr started going to daycare. Taking garlic capsules and zinc should help too.
