So I found a house that I really like! Its on 164 East Downington. It has hardwood floors and is 1500 sf. its cute but has enough needing done to it to be able to flip it in a few years for what I hope is quite a bit more

Thanks, I am still checking it out and we will see. When I get moved in I plan on having a house warming party and would love to see you both, er three. I am sad to hear that you are planning on moving though we haven't visited in years. That is a good area to move though.

It's still quite a ways off for sure. Derick wants to get a few years under his belt at ARUP and we are thinking about waiting until he is fully vested there, so that's about 3 more years to go. We'll see how it all shakes out. :) We'd definitely like to come see your new house too!
