Tutorial 001 :: Watercolours

So, I found this tutorial where you take a photo and make it look like it was painted with watercolours.  The original tutorial was oriented around making the hair look like some kind of wonderful, but that wasn't going to fly with me.  I utilized their idea, but did in my own way.  It's probably not original, but it was to do and looked cool after
