How sick am I?

I have been coughing - rather violently and loudly - for the past week. Is this bad? I feel like it's bad. The coughing is so bad my stomach is sore from bracing myself against the coughing. And my throat is sore because of all this coughing.

Maybe I should go to the doctor?

No...I'm too busy.
