the down sides to the new house:

altho this is close to family, it is farther away from shopping centers and business parks. thus, no more Starbucks or Rite Aid (where Bub uses the pharmacy). no more being close enough to a store to meet Bub there (he having rode ahead in his Jazzy). no more fast food places (a mixed blessing) or other pick-up

Yippee for signed papers. Remember to use those weed pulling, mop pushing, errand running, hand holding, trash hauling, cheerleading, housewarming, friends and coworkers who have weekends of free time to be used and abused and filled up with fun being helpful in the OMG moments of new homeowners.
