'Tis good, 'tis good! I can't express my political views so clearly. They'd end up coming out something along the lines of "NO! Leave those people alone!" or "Solve your own problems, you lot of freaking morons!" or "I don't give a crap about what you do just as long as there's no bloodshed and I'm left out of it!" But then again, I'm an engineering student, so being able to write a coherent sentence is a bonus.

Heh, I also got my sister to admit to being a Libertarian though she hasn't changed her registration yet.

Hehe, (Sorry for the delayed reply here), I daresay that my attempts at engineering would resuly in a heck of a lot of said bloodshed, so we're both very useful in our own ways =P

Hey, although I don't know you, I recently found your essay...and I'm extremely impressed. I've been calling myself a Libertarian for several years now since I took the time to do some research, and I've never been able to compile my thoughts quite as succinctly as you have. Most excellent. The more philosophical parts are almost Objectivist and it's really refreshing. In all, excellent and a great read.
