How about that? Cleo must be feeling a bit miffed that Charlie weighs more than she does. I had wandering eye and lazy eye when little.

amblyopia. i has it. they didn't find it in me til i was about 4 (and only then because they discovered it in a family friend who was almost 9). I got glasses at 4. i did NOT have surgery. i did eye exercises at home 2x/day and went to a specialist 2x/week (at least to start, I think it reduced to once when I got older) until I was about 12, by which time it was pretty well cured. I also wore a patch for a couple of years when I was 8 or 9. Almost everyone I know that had surgery, it reverted because their brains were not trained to keep the eye from wandering, so the muscles just restretched out. This was in the 60s of course, and quite radical treatment... my opthomologist was very cutting edge. in little old eugene :)

Now I find when I'm very tired my eye will start to turn in a bit... but it's really not terrible.

and YAY for putting on weight despite the spitting up!

Are you still in touch with papilio_luna at all? Her son Rory had the same issue.
