A/N: A drabble written for writerinatardis 1.07: take a scene from the show and give it a romantic twist. I found my feedback highly amusing. Beta'ed by the ever fantabulous jlrpuck.

It was...odd. some of it was very positive and effusive, and lovely. And some of it was....odd.

I loved this piece, sis! The imagery was moving and flowed smoothly in my mind. Some of the wording continued to hint at a dark and edgy twist, but you kept teasing the reader (me) by bringing it back to a softer, more romantic piece. I enjoyed reading so much expression packed into a few short sentences. I think the length is what really did it for me. I know it’s from a larger story, but the few sentences you posted here were lovely and inspiring. Please, ma'am, may I have another?? hehe

Disclaimer to the other commenters: I don’t review things, so please don’t bite my head off if I've said anything offensive here. *begs* (Though if I did say something wrong, please tell me so I know it’s inappropriate and I’ll try not to do it again.
