Yesterday, I went out with the girls for dindin and a movie. Originally it was movie then dindin, but we hit traffic along the Queensway (who knew there's traffic on the Queensway at 3:30 in the afternoon but there was) so we decided to eat and exchange presents first and then watch the 6:55 showing of Memoirs of a Geisha

My mum got memoirs of a geisha for christmas. she was pleased as it is the large print edition. she said she'd never go see the movie though as she hates the actress who plays whats-her-face. meh.

Large print edition makes me think that knowing my eye sight I may need it one day. And thus, saddens me.

The movie was good, but as per usual, the book is a gazillion times better.
