* Everyone is welcome to comment on the Tag Team Fic (TTF) without volunteering to write for it. Commenters are welcome to leave alternate suggestions or story lines in the comments, however, these will be treated as TTF fanon and only posts will serve as canon.

* Commenters who wish to write the next chapter of the TTF should leave a comment saying MINE NEXT.

* The FIRST such commenter will become the next writer. Please check all comments above yours. If this commenter defaults, the chapter will go to the next in the queue, or be re-advertised.

* Each writer MUST read through the TTF Introductory Post and accept all the conditions within.

* It is the writer's responsibility to contact the mod team at azkatrazathome@gmail.com within ONE HOUR to confirm that the next chapter is being written. This is also the best time to advise the mod team if you will require leeway on any story elements or on the time frame.

* All writers are asked to submit their chapters of no fewer than 200 words (with a recommended maximum of 1500) in the approved format within TWO HOURS. An additional hour will be granted if required. All fics will be reviewed and may be edited for consistency, characterisation and, possibly, British styles.

* Remember, no common squicks or hard NC17, and if your characters start shagging, they must stop before you pass the fic on.

Author's Notes: I did my best please be gentle. I tried to make Tom act like a brat kind of testing how far he could push. I imagine his ‘charm’ came later.

The Founders just continued to look shocked, Salazar swore in Parseltounge and Helga collapsed into a chair. At the sound of the sibilant language Tom and Harry both turned to look at the man who had used it.

'Exactly,' Harry said to him.

'I don’t know about you lot, but I think I need a drink!' Godric declared, before Summoning a large clay jug from a shelf across the room. He uncorked it and took a long pull, wincing slightly at the obvious burn.

'I do believe I will join you,' Rowena agreed before Summoning a cup for herself. Godric passed her the jug.

'I’m thirsty, Give me some!' Tom demanded, reaching for the bottle.

'Impertinent little wretch, aren’t you?' Slytherin scowled at the boy, yanking the jug away from him. Tom was not fazed.

Helga finally snapped out of her daze. 'That isn’t for little boys, Tom. How about I pour you a nice cold glass of pumpkin juice? It’s my own special recipe.' Her voice was strained but kind.

'That sounds revolting!' Tom replied.

'Tom! Mind your manners,' Harry chided, just about ready to hex the child.

'It’s all right, Harry, dear. We have all had a very trying day and I am sure Tom didn’t mean anything by it. Pumpkin juice is a bit of an acquired taste. Why don’t you give it a try before you make up your mind, hmm?' Helga explained soothingly.

'Oh all right then, fine.' Tom flopped into a chair.

'Good, I’ll even let you borrow my very special cup. Would you like that?' Helga held up a golden cup with a badger on the side.

Harry gaped at it. Tom’s eyes light up as the gold sparkled in the candlelight.

'Can I keep it?' Tom asked.'I really like it.' Harry shook his head vigorously, thinking that was a very bad idea.

'No you may not keep it, but you are welcome to borrow it while you are here,' Helga reminded Tom gently.

Once everybody was settled at the table with their beverage of choice and a plate of warmed honey cakes, Tom began asking questions non-stop of the adults in the room. Some were very disturbing indeed.

After a short time, Salazar, who was sitting beside Harry, nudged him in the shoulder and asked in a low voice.

'May I have a moment of your time? In private.'

Harry looked around the table, debating for a moment whether he should leave Tom or not, before replying.

'Umm, sure.' Maybe Slytherin would have a suggestion on how to go about finding a solution to his problem.
