The episode "Higher, Stronger! Cheer by Usagi" (dunno which number 'cause Geneon didn't bother putting that and I don't feel like counting) is what happens when someone decides it would be a good idea to let Ikuni help write an episode.

That is all I have to say about that.

That, and I cannot believe I didn't already have a Sailor Moon tag o_O

Kunihiko Ikuhara, the director. Also directed Utena. Known to fans as Ikuni. He's... odd. And I mean that in a nice way. Mostly.
