B2MEM passport - complete!

I decided it would be tempting fate to post a link to my Back to Middle-Earth Month 2011 passport before the month was over - I really hoped I was going to manage every day's challenge but didn't want to commit myself! So I've been keeping this entry under wraps till the challenge was completed and the mods had had time to update all the stamps...

Wasn't it just fun to watch the stamps accumulate? There are several of us who completed all 31 days, and it was great to read all of the variety of work.

It was great fun - the "passport" idea worked really well, even if many of us (certainly me) hardly ever managed to get the prompts to tie in to the place concerned!

Oh, I didn't work into the locations at all, some of those locations didn't exist in the Silm, or at least not in the early days which is my focus :-) But each location did inspire a reasonable prompt, and you certainly met the criteria for each prompt within your own universe boundaries. I'd say that we both succeeded.

Thanks! It was a bit of a roller-coaster ride trying to keep up - I seem to have done almost nothing fannish-related for the following fortnight in consequence (there were beginning to be a few grumbles on the domestic front!) - doubtless I will find the happy medium again in a few days...

It's rather lovely, isn't it? I've never done B2MEM at all before and this year I went and did every prompt! (incapable, as usual, of doing things by halves...)
