Just realised I missed posting this: Tuesday's #happything was sitting down to a very tasty dinner (chicken couscous with roast vegetables) cooked by First Small Person in his Food Technology lessons at school

Excellent!

Back in the stone age, when I was at school, we did sensible things and took them home, but it seems to be rare to do so these days. But how much better to sit with your family and eat what you have made.

It makes him really proud to be able to serve up something for the whole family. I always make a point, of course, of laying on with a trowel how nice it is not to have to cook myself :-)
