Naruto Fic: "Bloodstained Grass"

Mar 20, 2010 01:25

This was supposed to be a small drabble, but... uhh, it kind of grew on its own. I couldn't stop it XD.

Anyway, it might be a bit confusing, but bear with me, okay? And it's angsty, VERY angsty. Seriously, I'm feeling very angsty right now, so don't expect something happy.

Oh my. This was an amazing AU. I have tears in my eyes and everything. Gosh... I don't even know what to say. Poor, poor Sasuke. God. The saddest thing is--I feel like things like this keep happening to Sasuke. Everytime he finds something, he somehow loses it. And Naruto--even though all these things are happening to Sasuke, and Sakura, they affect Naruto as well. Their lives have always been connected, and they always will be. Gosh. Damn. Excellent work.

Madara...D: I hate him.

but the ending? It was so heartbreakingly sad and Naruto and...it just fit.

Because Madara is a bastard and he'll never let the Uchiha go. And Naruto, his love can't fight their hate. There is too much of it, it's like cancer, it multiplies and grows and covers everything.

*sigh*

Still, I very much liked how you put the little flashbacks between the present.
