wahhh! I can't tell you the number of times your story has randomly tackled my mind -- leaving me wondering, 'where did that come from?' and 'what ever became of that story?'

and now! ah! I saw the title and thought, 'g-d, why does that sound so familiar...?' and then I remembered and now i'm excited and rambling.

Just hopped on reading this, looking forward to another update! I like how this has the feel of a TOS plot, but it's quite a bit darker...blood on the consoles and all, I like that, LOL.

I'm glad you're liking it! I kind of have a thing for darkness. LOL. I've killed off more fictional characters than I care to admit to. Minor characters better watch their backs! (not in this fic though, no worries, hehe)

Next chapter's been sent to be beta'd. Finally. My time management skills are decidedly lacking.
