We're supposed to get at least 5 inches down here, so I guess your post has made me thankful that it could be worse? Although since class was canceled Friday and today, I'm completely unmotivated to go to class tomorrow if it's just going to snow again (even if I really, really need the human interaction. I went 72 hours without seeing anyone!)

If I wake up on Wednesday, and it's snowing? I am not going in to work. And that's FINAL.

Good for you! Also, 29 mile commute? That blows.

Well, if nothing else, maybe you should go get breakfast on campus today. Or venture out for a snowball fight on Wednesday morning.

Some days, it's not bad at all, but other days it definitely blows. It's only 10 miles further than my Eastern Shore commute, but it's mostly highway versus mostly back road, and there's certainly a difference.

Fuck snow. Fuck Maryland for taking all of the country's snow allotments. For snow for being heavy and not powdery. Fuck the weathermen who all have meteorological hard-ons for this shit. Just, fuck it all!

Mother mother fuck, mother mother fuck fuck, mother fuck, mother fuck, noish noish?

Although I suspect that if I do indeed get off from work on Wednesday, I will feel a lot better about snow. Even if I have some shoveling to do on Thursday morning. I'm really not so much anti-more snow as I am anti the crappy plowing on fairly main thoroughfares. I am STILL annoyed that 295 was in such bad shape yesterday morning and afternoon. Maybe they could have taken some of the plows that spent time clearing 695's main shoulders and used them to clear the DAMN PARKWAY.

Did you stock up on sodas this time?

You are too responsible, Myr. Had it been me, I wouldn't have gone to work today.

If you go to work in the morning, can't you grab whatever you need to work from home on Wednesday?

Ahahhahaha. No, I'm just a sucker ;) Responsible is Bri, who left for work EARLY, snow and ice be damned, to make sure that she was at work on time. I went in three hours late!

Yeah, definitely. Technically, I brought some stuff home for Monday, too, but not enough to really keep me occupied all day. But my boss dumped some new cases on me on Friday and Monday that will require a lot of typing, so those files are coming home with me today.

I can't believe D.C. closed for the second business day in a row! The lucky basatrds in our firm's D.C. office... *shakes fist*

It's been weird but enjoyable to see Kristin L. on "Chuck." Small-screen Superman's love interest and big-screen Superman too, and their paths haven't crossed yet. lol

lol, your firm's lawyers and school children both. Kids were off yesterday and are already off today and will probably be off Wednesday and Thursday, too!

Oh, I don't usually watch the show and only caught sight of Kristin while I was flipping channels - who else with a Supes background is on it?

Hmmm... So I guess I should only be jealous of the child-free folks. lol

Brandon Routh ("Superman Returns") is part of Chuck's CIA team! Kristin Kreuk is the newest member of the Nerd Herd and Chuck's new love interest.
